The Superhit Bengali Movie - Jamai No. 1 is the story of a family with three son-in-laws. The youngest is Raja, the middle one is Hadu Patnaik, while the eldest of them being Arvind. All three of them get married to the daughter of a rich industrialist named Biren Mishra. The father-in-law himself has two wives, played by Puspa Panda and Snigdha Mohanty.
