First, we fried the chicken leg pieces in cold-pressed gingelly oil using traditional masala. Then, we boiled the Hakka noodles in hot water until perfectly cooked. Next, we prepared this Chinese–style noodles recipe in a large pan, adding fresh vegetables and eggs. Finally, we enjoyed the tasty Hakka noodles in the middle of a farm field during the evening....
