A traffic stop in Flagler County, Florida takes a downhill turn when a driver — pulled over for tailgating, weaving through lanes, and nearly causing several accidents — insists over and over that she's "just anxious," not impaired. From the moment the deputy approaches, Serena struggles to produce a license or registration, repeatedly stands up out of the car, and reminds everyone that "this isn't my car."
