Heart by Pass surgery is done when there is a block in the coronary artery.This procedure also called CABG(Coronary Artery Bypass Graft). To determine block test like ECG ,2D echo,Angiogram will be done to see the extent of block.Later By pass Surgery is planned.First general anaesthesia is given followed by incision on the chest and rib bone.Afterwarda a saphenous vein graft is taken from leg or internal mammary artery from chest is taken and this graft is placed near the blocked artery.Later sutures are placed. #bypasssurgery #SaanviDental #CABG ...
